I vote yes to this. I think it is a great way to jump start quality activity in boards that need it. In order for that to go smoothly close admin attention should be paid to those boards. I think we're capable of keeping it clean and spam free but I also don't know all the details in regarding to the server economy so ultimately it is still up to Oni. I don't foresee any issues however.
