One of my good friends grabbed this from another forum but the thread wasn't up for 20 seconds he said. Simple phisher coded vb.net backend with php very lightweight, great example.

This was not by me and I will not be providing support on this but here is a tip. As if the php you see it logs it as plain text, md5, and sha1. Make your own personal md5 database to compare md5's
