Carolina Reaper - 1,500,000-2,200,000 SHU

Naga Viper- 1,382,118 SHU
Ghost Chilli - 1,041,427 SHU
Butch 'T' Pepper - 500,000 - 1,463,700 SHU

You can buy a lot of these peppers and juice them... 

Some people have skin reactions to ghost pepper so...

They won't open a box with spray and pepper doesn't show up on a scan and dogs aren't usually trained to go for peppers...

 Thats the actual idea.

It's just the spice. Some people are so sensitive it can burn them... But if you ever used this in someone's eyes it'll be ~ normal pepper spray (us grade is around 2-5m)

 If I was to mend pepper spray homemade, I'd obviously have to test it.
 
What would be the most effective but safes pepper to do this with?

Carolina is probably enough on its own.. 

I believe it's the hottest in the world?
