I don't mind people who talk about anime and use anime-orientated profile imagery, but what frustrates me the most is people who incorporate Japanese language into their sentences on forums and try to persuade you to become a weeb.

I also don't have any issues with people who partake in anime-related events or fancy dress, because it doesn't bother me, and I have yet to see anyone doing this other than in YouTube videos.

If they have academically taken Japanese, as I have for 3 years, I don't think talking in Japanese should annoy you, but I agree when they say "I've learned Japanese solely from watching anime" it gets under my skin, because anime uses slang to begin with in hundreds of different ways. The cosplaying and whatever doesn't really bother me as long as they don't charge at me screaming "RASENGAN" or some shit haha
