Tell me, does the "Posting to see shoutbox" rule apply to posts, or chat messages? This is a serious question, as I actually cannot see the Shoutbox, and have to post something in the shoutbox in order to see messages posted. TL;DR Does this apply to forums, shoutbox, or both
