Usually when it comes to big companies they prefer to use ASP, RoR, Django or code it in their own.

ASP is starting to disappear. Companies that are stuck on it are in the "as long as it works" situation and refuse to spend money to migrate. Django isn't seen much either. Ruby on Rails is huge, but JavaScript is starting to take over really quickly. It's basically a war between Ruby and JavaScript. Although, ASP is seen often on older websites.
