If you're a beginner i can tell nice job and continue with more modern design, also try to make new posts design, profile design...etc

"Modern" is exactly what it isn't supposed to be. It is supposed to be simple and elegant. I went pretty well over that in another post here on this thread. I hate modern designs with all my heart. I am a beginner thinking about MyBB themes but far from being one considering themes, CSS, templates and things a like in general.

Text is not very readable, it's too dark. But nevertheless I like the design.

As this image shows, the text is a lot more readable after I changed the font color to #CCC;
