Yes, there are too many probabilities, that is technically the point of this question, it is too open for one to give a definitive answer but it is perfect to create an argument about what is right or wrong in both legal and moral view points.

Personally, I'd need to research the 8 people who'd receive the organs before I can decide whether they're worthy of the donation. I'd need to also Investigate further of the so-called pedophile- whether he's been convicted (with solid evidence), about to stand trial, or branded as one due to hearsay from the community around him.

It's like In a court hearing, you get to hear the views, opinions and facts from many different avenues before deciding on one's fate. As It stands with the minimal Information at my disposal, I'm Indecisive.
