I did not say they would do nothing about it, I said they will not care. Do you seriously think a company as big as Amazon is going to go after someone for a $60 item? hell no it would cost a hell of a lot more then that in just the legal fees alone. I stated $60 is chump change to them.

I stated my situation and about checking the tracking. That has absolutely nothing to do with stating on how they look into things.
