P.P.S My definition of cracker:
Someone at least slightly knowledgeable about computers but doesn't know what makes them tick; they can still successfully take down services and wreak havoc for no good reason (using other peoples tools and other peoples ideas)... A.K.A. they go to jail pretty darn fast

A.K.A a skid.

No use reinventing terminology when we already have a decent phrase for such people.
