Eh, so nothing has really come of it yet. And for right now I'll assume it actually is disabled, again, considering I've download 30+ movies in the past few weeks with no letters or anything to my door. And it's not like having a different OS will necessarily make you more secure, because I have gotten letters while torrenting on Windows 8, Windows 7 and various Linux distros. That sort of security is up to you to provide, whether that be through using a VPN, seedbox, etc.
