At this point, I really think Cowboy Bebop is my favorite still. Black Lagoon is another favorite. 
I don't really like the idea of picking. It's like insulting all the other great anime out there. Some anime are great and it's just a matter of personal preference when it comes to favorites.

There are plenty of others that I love as well. Honestly, Cowboy Bebop and Black Lagoon are the first ones I always recommend.
