See the issue I see here is, if this isn't a breach of privacy and someone protecting it, can cops then do the same thing to gather data without a warrant, since it doesn't violate your privacy? The kids should have at least some fault, if not the entirety of it to set an example that this shit cannot, CANNOT, be tolerated in a country that has rights to protect yourself from invasion of privacy.
