While useful, it'd make a fairly basic one, and may (depending on your host) come back with a rather messy looking page.

To make it a bit more advanced and ensure that it looks proper, download all the images and files referenced in the page you're borrowing, upload and reference them in the document, that way it displays proper even if the page changes in the future., and ensure your host does not modify pages (E.g. putting their own ads or links at the footer of the site.)
