I feel like those numbers are highly inflated considering the amount of browsers and devices people have. I personally can account for at least 10 of those numbers.

Well, its either that or the web goes back to using paid subscriptions on every thing. Personally I only use adblockers on sites that I don't want to support such as this site (bad joke?), a couple of shady news sites and youtube. Other than that I tend to keep it off as much as I can and click ads when they interest me.
