You'd miss a lot of shit and it'd be hard to re-integrate into society, but apart from that: meh.

That is the cool part though, lets say you get 100 years in cryo prison and you wake up into a century and future you would have never seen if you didn't get cryo.

In a way it is actually a gift rather then a punishment but still it would be pretty cool I would probably volunteer but only if it is 100% certain that I can be brought back to life.
