Because asking for rape exists. If you have to slap her and cover her mouth without her willingly allow you to do that, she isn't asking for it. Pretty clear if you have to prevent her from screaming, she doesn't want sex, therefore it is rape. Granted that lying about your age is wrong, it does not justify the crime. If he was being tried for statutory rape, or where she consented but was underage, then sure, if she lied about her age to get him to sleep with her, throw the case out, if its provable, cos it would have been on her. But when it comes to rape cases, regardless if she is lying or not about her age, does not even lightly justify anything.
