so I just downloaded and installed that exact version/build and no epicscale bs was installed. Also, it's build 38913, not 28913. The 28913 was a typo.

I will monitor the system in case it comes up later, but so far none of the files exist that people are reporting for epic scale. I was careful to not allow crap to install along the install process (you know, not clicking "next next next next" without reading)
