So how is ADHD people with prescribed speed OK but those crazy mother fuckers who abuse meth all day are not? The only difference is, kids get good stuff (99% purity) those addicts get whatever they can(as low as 10% pure and 90% is other random chemicals)

This isn't true at all. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 5, I've always had a high interest in things like this and I've done quite some research into ADHD in my time. I like to understand my inabilities in order to learn how to overcome the restraints. What this form of "speed" does to you is entirely different to speed itself. Sure, the treatments are indeed amphetamines which is why if you gave those tablets to someone who does not have ADD/ADHD will get as hyper as someone with ADHD is normally.

ADHD is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. Due to this chemical imbalance, a person with ADHD's brain reacts differently to different things. For example, amphetamines produce the opposite effect to what they do with normal people. However true I know this is, it puzzles me too. I've never tried Speed myself so I'm not sure on the effects it would have on me. I doubt it'd make me lethargic but you never know! Perhaps someone with ADHD who has experience with taking amphetamines would care to shed light on this?
