I'm confused, are you trying to create Ransomware with a batch file? Batch probably wouldn't be the best route to take for ransomware, & if you're not encrypting the files on the victim's machine, its going to be very easily bypassed.

So what is it you're trying to do, & what is its intent? There's may be a better approach.

I very much doubt OP will still be interested in this since it was posted over a year ago and hasn't been online in almost as long
