So when I visited the site my first impression was that its kind of boring and doesn't really have a opening. I recommend you to read life below 600 pixels ( http://iampaddy.com/lifebelow600/ ) it helps getting a great opening. The aligning and typography seem great. Something else what bothers me is the background texture.
