I would very much agree with @chmod on the fact that you should start Mobile Development (Particularly Android) using Java since it's widely used and suits that purpose well. Of course that doesn't stop you from doing C++, since you are a beginner so I would recommend you go with Java. But if you are an ABSOLUTE beginner (No programming background) have a go with Python to build it up
