The original PKZip has a vulnerability that enables you to appy a known plaintext attack: https://www.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/~conrad/kr...crack.html
However this is not used that much anymore. Most zip files today are encrypted with AES.
You probably won't have much more possibilities. If you really want to know how stuff works, look into the specification of the ZIP file format and also search for ZIP file exploits to get to know more possibilities for cracking the file format.
