I think that I have seen again a post about hostyd but anyway, its good that people seem to find it useful. I can recomend this, I have been setting up phishing pages for some time ,all of them on hostyd servers. I havent found any problems yet at the free version that i've been using. The details mentioned by @FaNtAsTyCo are for the paid versions, the free version gives you 2,5GB disk space, 10GB bandwidth, free domain name (ex. yoursite.hostyd.com) but you can use a .tk free domain as well and myswl database, phpmyadmin ,free emails and much more.

However, I have no problem about this as long as I don't receive abuse reports. If allow phishing, abuse reporters like FBI, Microsoft, PayPal will terminate my servers. Or my domain provider will terminate my domains.

PS: *100 GB Bandwidth not 10 GB
