With the way the courts work in America she will most likely win the case too lol, it has to be the easiest country in the world to sue someone, hell if someone looks at you funny BAM lawsuit. I once heard of a case where someone collapsed and stopped breathing some passer by stopped and gave them CPR and saved his life but because he broke a couple of ribs doing so (which is often the case) they sued him.
