How many times you go to a cyber and cmd is locked by admin...?

Hi guys, today I will teach you how to open a cmd console when it blocked by your administrator.
This usually happens in cyber, mtfk good start
1. - Open the windows calculator, >> click on Help >> Help Topics.
When you open the help window next to where it says' (above calculator 'upper left corner) there is a'? Jump 'symbol, click on it and select the URL
Two. - Enter this:
file :/ / / C :/ windows/System32/cmd.exe
And then click to open the cmd, it will open automatically, if the calculator is blocked try windows games (Minesweeper, Pingball ... etc) to you to get your mission
