Anyways, to be on topic I have a couple of questions.
Is there any noticeable catch? The price is very alarming.
What do you mean by zero support? What if it's down or so?

I was in error. They do appear to have a ticket support system, I merely didnt know about it. They apparently have 2 control panels that are not linked together whatsoever. They use the same user/pass but the website account login takes you to a support center, and the account details they email you only has a link to the VPS control panel lol.
