Had you taken the time to do a simple search on google or youtube, you could have found everything you need.So I took the time to do that for you, I only took a quick look at these, but they should be enough to help you and remember google is your friend.

i took two days to search and all those attempts didn't worked. I never got the the username and password in the log.txt, but thanks for those links. I'll sure check it out.

Do you understand what phishing is, to start? phishing is creating a web page similar to the website you want to appear to be, i.e. except you're hosting your own version of the site that will record the login credentials, when you trick your target into logging into your fake site.

if you understand that concept and your problem is only that you've gotten your target to log in and it didn't record his credentials, then you need to chmod(if you're on a linux/unix host) the log file so it can be written to: http://www.computerhope.com/unix/uchmod.htm
#if it's a windows host, look for a place to change file permissions.

So i knew what phishing is, but i never knew about the permissions. I saw them, but didn't knew i needed them. So acually i have a phishing page, but it doesn't give me permission to give me the data's, right?
So i'm using Bit.ly orsomething. How can it give me permission?
Let's get a few thing straight. You will need a web host(not bit.ly). Bitly is a site for hiding links among other things, it's useful for this but it's not your web host. Your web host would be where you uploaded your fake page and log.txt file. On that site, you will log in and change the permissions for the log.txt file, so that it is writable. Your .php file needs the permissions to write to log.txt file. That's what is happening.
