My dear friend, I'm still in the learning stage and I'm not shy to accept
it. I can select precisely with the pen tool and that too fast.
My tutorial was not supposed to teach how "To Blend Images" instead it was to teach " How to select objects using the pen tool".
Please try to understand.

You cannot precisely select with a pen tool, at least not as fast which is the whole point of using Photoshop in the first place.
You have to use different tools for different raster images. In this image you posted best would be to blend.
