Would it be free?

The game will be free. I'll just include a few premium features so I can pay the server. The premium features will be balanced and will give a slight advantage, but won't give full power. In the end, the skill is what counts.

PS: I might actually make a premium market where users can trade the premium features for in-game gold so everybody will have access to it.

When will it be released?

Well, that is the question. I hope to have an alpha up and running within a month. I'll let in only 10 - 15 players.
Once the majority of bugs are fixed, beta will come and I would like to stay in beta for a while.
