Not true. There is much more than applets. Never heard of Java EE? That is even more often used in business than Java SE. Almost all of the Java job advertisments are for enterprise applications (which is a bit sad imho).

I am a little familiar with Tomcat and JSP, but the market penetration of JSP is so low its practically non-existent.
