It is possible that they were raided, but I found an article stating that they are no longer using PRQ. I highly doubt that a giant like The Pirate Bay will fall.
An article from TorrentFreak says: "The Pirate Bay team informs TorrentFreak that they are no longer using PRQ’s services."[1]

Edit:
They are back up now, It looks like the TorrentFreak article is correct.
