Antiviruses dont help much about phishing .
If the domain is www.something.110mb.com then that is a phisher site and anything inserted in the fields will be sent to someone !

Some of that is correct. There's more advanced phising methods, for example, sending you a e-mail and make you click it; this mail will re-direct you to two diffrent sites, one of those sites contains a keylogger.
