Where did you copy this from..???
There are errors in the code you have provided .
You have provided no details about the two files u r opening ..
Also you have declared two structures who's code you have so conveniently missed out ...
then there are the fread(), fwrite(), fcloseall()...etc functions that have not been populated....
clezybusiness do yo even have any funtional knowledge of C/C++????
Please refrain from biasing peoples mind with wrong /incomplete source codes...
