1.first just choose a render.
i chose this

2. Now make a rectangular shaped selection and fill it with black colour.



3. Now get hold of some splatter brush and brush around the edge of the rectangle.after that


smudge it with the same brushes to have an effect like this.



4.Get hold of some floral vectors and add it like this. vectors used -



5.now get hold of your render once more and make it black and white.
and paste it in the rectangular box.Erase it with a soft brush to get only that part.



6.Now add some texts and it's done





Add more effects to get a better sig. i don't have time to do it. i will add more when i am back
