Burn CDLinux. It's a linux distro so Norton should not delete it, you should be able to burn it from the ISO. Then boot into that and do the sethc.exe trick.
Ok, I downloaded it and extracted it fine. No virus. So, I burn it to a blank DVD? How do I "boot it up?"
You've never booted from a CD before? Select the boot device from the boot menu or change your boot priority in the BIOS and put the make sure the CD is in when your computer starts up.

Kind of. Just find a tutorial for installing a new operating system, it's pretty straightforward. Be sure to download your drivers on to a pendrive first though.
