Not if you use a Linux live cd (Backtrack for example)

How do I use that?

A download and burn a Distro to a CD, (I prefer Knoppix or CDL, or you can use BackTrack as JackDaniels said), and just boot the PC from the CD. Go into the drive and do it there. No security to stop you.

I would love you to rewrite that in English (US)
