[Magnetron]

Over the course of last week when I was going through many binders and crypters, one apparently had an .ICO extractor, because I don't remember downloading a separate program to extract icons from EXE files.

Any idea on which crypter or binder this may be? I could've sworn V-Bind was able to do this, but it apparently can't.
