i am making this clear again

1.steam never had this problem before when the old steam client was there.but after the modification to their new steam client this problem has started.they are trying to fix it or maybe not.

now this what GAMESPOT has stated

IF YOU BOUGHT SPECIAL FORCES EDITION - YOU NEED TO HAVE 2 REGISTRATION CODES... BEST BUY HARD COPY ONLY HAD 1... RETURNED AND GOT THE RIGHT ONE AT GAMESTOP...... NOTE THE ONE IN THE BOX IS FOR THE ACTUAL INSTALL... STEAM IS TOO DUMB TO REALIZE THAT IT IS NOT THEIR SERVER THAT IS BUSY, YOU JUST HAVE A WRONG REG CODE, HOWEVER IT STILL IS A VALID CODE, JUST NOT FOR THIS PART!
