Umm no, it is not money in the real sense. It is for trade between members, etc.
If you saw the HC donaters thread, then the money mentioned there is real.
Actually, it is a secret. With 1 HC dollar you can buy a Supersonic Jet, with 2.99 you can buy a 747, and so on.
But we shouldn't use it in the real world, or we could dissolve the whole world Economy with it.
