Not only am I against the lack of usability, but the appearance is also terrible. A few curves would actually benefit the UI. Instead they decided to make everything squared.
I'll be sticking with Windows 7 and I'm assuming many others will be too.
Currently on Win8. I actually quite like it, as you are no longer required to use the modern UI.

you don't have to. I had it without my microsoft account for month before, and added mine simply because it is more convenient and won't hurt, IMO
