You kind of have to develop that when you first become in a position of authority. You go through stuff which teaches you everything you need to know. People will ask you for staff, you'll trust some of them, and you'll regret your decisions. Lot of stuff happens like that. You'll go through trollers which teaches you to ignore them and get anti-troll plugins like preventing multi accounts, things like that.
