How about you calm down, a thread was perfectly necessary for this. Also, if a Staff would rather me PM them about this, they would've told me and closed the thread, not you.

And it's not the picture because like I said, I've tried probably 10 or 15 different pictures, ranging from .bmp, jpeg or png.

@Customer - I'll try a different browser, but I've never had this problem before....using chrome.

Edit: Just tried in Firefox, image is still the same as in chrome.

Tried restarting your computer or router? I don't really know what would be the problem, but if it persists I will contact Oni about it ASAP.
