LSD is not chromosome damaging, mutagenic, teratogenic or carcinogenic. LSD is water soluble, and as such metabolizes extremely quickly, leaving almost no trace within your body. From personal experience, I've never had any withdrawl symptoms either. Due to it being mainly psychological, it's very much on the same level as DMT.
