This exploit abuses the facebook mobile upload via email feature to allow you to post a status or even upload a picture onto your vics wall, as them. It does however require some social engineering. Also, I found that for some reason the email dosent show up for some people. I am still trying to find the cause of this.

Step 1: Select a target, start a casual convo with them.

Step 2: In MID convo, say something like "Facebook is so frustrating, im trying to upload a picture on my phone but its not working for me". Then continue the conversation as normal for a second. Then say "Can you do me a favor so I can upload this damn picture, go to https://m.facebook.com/upload.php and where it says upload via email, tell me the email address it says to send the pictures to its a @m.facebook.com email. For some reason the page wont load for me" ( I say do this because I have found that if you are talking to people like normal and then bring up the hack they are more likely to do it. Whereas if you just message them upfront saying go to this link blah blah people think your account was hacked and its a hacker trying to get them to do something. But if you talk to them a little bit, they know its a "Real person" lol).

Step 3: Now that you have their upload email, make a hotmail account and create a new message. Put their email (the @m.facebook.com email they gave you not their actual @Facebook.com email.)

Step 4: If your going to upload a picture onto your vics wall, then in subject put what you want it to say with the picture, attach the photo like you would a normal email, and send. If you are just trying to post a status onto your vics wall, then just put whatever you want the status to say as the email subject.

Step 5: Check your vics wall, and there's your content!
