Feds can't "trick" people into buying a service, they can't trick someone into paying for someone to be killed, its against the law to lure someone like that. And everything is paid with bitcoins, anonymous transactions, multiple addresses, near enough impossible to trace the money if you do it correctly.

Edit: you did say, "buying" a service so maybe that's where the line is drawn for what they can and can't do.

If everything is paid by bitcoins, does that mean everything you buy has to be from the deep web? Because that would suck.
