Health
When sitting down at an office or at home, get up and walk around the room/up & down the stairs every half-an-hour to every hour, this is likely to reduce your stress, back damage and high blood pressure/cholesterol
When watching TV, or sitting by the computer, look further away (about 20 metres distance) every half an hour. This will help "zero out" your eyes, and helps prevent seeing damage. Also, remember to blink, that's where the redness of your eyes comes from after you sit at the computer too much.
