Internet Discussion/Etiquette

- Type with proper grammar, and don't shortcut words to get your point across. If people can't read it, they can't discuss it, especially if half the talk is about if you used "they're, their or there" correctly.

- If you have an established profile anywhere on the internet, people will judge everything you say, no matter where you post, contrary to real life. They don't have any basis on who you are except by your words on the internet.

Cleanliness

- Having a clean living space can reflect how you feel - dirty rooms tend to make people more lazy and depressed, while cleaner, organized rooms will do the opposite. Think of it this way - you wouldn't spend 30 minutes eating in a dirty restaurant, why would you want to spend 1/4+ more of your life inside a dirty living quarters?

- If you think a room is unorganize, chances are, it is, and so will anyone else who comes into your home.

Bathrooms and Toilets

- When preparing to have company over, the first thing you should clean is your bathroom. A person's impression of you will drop extremely if you can't keep a spotless mirror, a tidy sink and a clean toilet inside your own house.

- If you're a guy, wipe the rim of your toilet after using urinating, even if you think you didn't splash. Some minuscule drops you can't see will eventually dry up leaving those gross yellow dry spots, which are gross to look at, and more annoying to clean up when dry.

- On that note, don't defile a public toilet more than it already has. If it was already disgusting to begin with for you, why would you make it worse for the next person?

- Washing your hands, while it kills germs and is general etiquette, also removes much of that caked fingernail dirt from accumulating.

- If you have to poop, place about two layers of folded toilet paper on the surface of the water. This will prevent that disgusting backsplash from hitting your rear, while also preventing those "streak marks" inside the toilet bowl.
