In my opinion this whole thing is over-hyped. Everyone is making such a big deal about it, and while its not a good thing, parents give kids that age a taste of beer or wine. Its basically the same thing. Also, it doesn't look like the kids actually smoking, he's just holding it in his mouth. Others argue he shouldn't even be smoking near a toddler and Russian child protective services (as if that's a thing) should come and get him. The fact is, people do a lot worse, and we have worse things to waste time on than parents laughing over a toddler with a cig in his mouth for two minutes.
I'm not saying its a good thing don't get me wrong. I just think its blown out of proportion.
What are your thoughts?
