I saw a thread asking for good doxing websites so it gave me the idea to create this.

Websites

Sites that are good if
- They live in the US
- You have their full name and at least their state
- They are 18+ years of age
- You already have their address but want to find more info about the owner

- (In rare cases) You have their password hash

- You don't have their skype but want their ip

• http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip-lookup (I prefer this over anything else because it tells you whether it's dynamic or static.)
  

Method(s)

• Looking up absolutely any information in pastebin about the person. This could help you find compromised databases or any previous doxes on the person that could help you.
  
• Creating your own logger. I used to use this like there was no tomorrow. I'd set up a freely hosted website on a host that supported PHP, send them a logger link, and tell them some lie such as "someone made a hate site about you" or something along those lines. Just something to get them to click on it.
  
• Facebook friend search. I cannot stress how many times this has helped me when doxing someone. If you have their last name or even the first name of their parents this will probably help you a lot. If their permissions allow it, go to their facebook profile, go to friends, and in the search bar, type in their last name or their parents' first name. You can also go to their about page and find out their siblings or their city and state.
  
• Compromise a database yourself. In very RARE cases this will work, but it has worked a few times for me in the past. If you're that desperate, try to find any and all websites they have signed up for and look for a vulnerability in the website or lookup a leak of the database. If you're too newb, you can look up exploits for the layout or whatever used for the website at http://exploit-db.com
  
• Google, motherfuckers! Duh!
